What it takes

In order to become an active member of Arnold Air Society you must successfully complete a pledge program. The pledge program puts cadets into a flight within the squadron and tests their leadership potential. To become an active member these cadets must learn Warrior Knowledge, Prove their marching abilities, and show an overall willingness to exceed. Near the end of the program they must then pass a national text that examines what they learned through the program. Upon completion they go before all active members of the squadron and are eligible to be admitted into the squadron.
