Chapter Leadership

There are many leadership positions within our chapter that allow for our members to have an impact on the success of our chapter and on it's day to day activities. These leadership positions include Venerable Dean (President), Senior Dean (Vice President), Junior Dean (Social Chair), Executive Dean (Risk Manager), and Senior Steward (House manager), among others.

Campus Involvement

Acacians are leaders among their peers

In addition to being academically successful, members of Acacia actively participate in numerous campus organizations. We encourage our members to get involved to make the most out their college experience. In fact, the General Co-Chair of VEISHEA and the ex-officio Ames City Council member are both Acacians. Other involvement includes participation in Freshmen Council, Government of the Student Body, Freshmen Honors Program, Research Teams, ISU Robotics Club, American Cultural Acclamation Society, as well as Homecoming, Varieties, and VEISHEA committees.

The Acacia Leadership Academy

Logo for the Acacia Leadership Academy

The Leadership Academy, held on off-Conclave years, brings together the best and brightest of Acacia's undergraduate membership. Over 100 of Acacia's up and coming leaders will converge upon the Indiana Chapter house in Bloomington, Indiana, to share in the free flowing exchange of ideas between chapters. Living and functioning together as one chapter is a highlight of the event. In addition, a balanced mix of speakers, small group sessions and entertainment compliment the program to provide our undergraduates with a great fraternal experience. Acacia is the only fraternity to offer this unique program in a fraternal setting.
