Event - Chicago, IL
On February 15-17th, 2007, the ISU Ad Club took a trip East to the best city in the midwest Chicago. While there, we visited numerous advertising agencies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Some of these agencies included Chicago Creative Partnership, Element 79, Zig, and Rosen & Brichta. The agencies went out of their way to provide some amazing presentations and also gave us tours. It was interesting to see what went on during an ordinary day, including some of the TV and print spots that they had been working on. By far the highlight was seeing an unreleased Harley-Davidson spot only available to HD dealers.

Event - Minneapolis, MN
On October 12-15th, 2006, the ISU Ad Club took a trip North to the great state of Minnesota. While there, we visited numerous advertising agencies in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Some of these agencies included Martin Williams, Carmichael Lynch, Risdall Advertising, Olson, and Brainco. The agencies went out of their way to provide some amazing presentations and also gave us tours. It was interesting to see what went on during an ordinary day. We also got to see some of the TV and print spots that they had been working on. By far the highlight was seeing an unreleased Harley-Davidson spot only available to HD dealers.
We also got to go out to dinner and head downtown a few of the nights. The trip itself was a great success, everyone that went learned a great deal about advertising.
