2008-09 AGC Student Chapter Members

Our members are the heart and soul of our organization. These are the individuals that strap up the work boots, grab a hammer, and commit their time to community service. They are the ones that put on the safety glasses and hard hats and tour jobsites all over the area. They are the ones that feed their face at pizza pit, play a round of golf with an industry representative, and just plain have a good time. They are the ones that fill the lecture hall each month for the meetings. But more importantly, they are the face of our organization. They are leaders, scholars, friends, and all around great individuals. They are the bright future of the construction industry.

To take it a step further, we have what are called "Active Members". These are the members that are participating in the various events that AGC has. To become an active member, one must meet the following requirements:

Active Members are recognized at the Con. E. banquet as well as receive an "Active Member" pin. They are also the ones we know we can especially count on if the chapter is in need of anthing. Many of these members attend far more than the required meetings and events, and go above and beyond the call to make our chapter what it is today.

Internships & Co-Ops

The Con E Department accounts for roughly 25% of all the engineering internships at Iowa State and a large number of those students are members of our AGC Student Chapter.

Below is a sreadsheet with all of the members that responded to the email and filled out the online form. If you did not receive the email, or didn't have a chance to register, please Click Here to go to the online form and fill out the information.
