To find out more about our moderated (no spam) e-mail activities digest and how to subscribe, send the following two-line info request to the Majordomo list server.  NOTE: When e-mailing the list server, DISable HTML formatting on your e-mailer; Majordomo can only process plain text messages:

• Include your name on the second line
