What is Best Buddies?
Best Buddies is an awesome opportunity to make a new friend and enrich both your lives! You will be matched with a citizen from the community with an intellectual disability to be your 'buddy'. You will go to group activities with the club, just hang out, and do all the things friends do!

What's the commitment?
- One Year (fall-spring) Commitment
- Monthly Chapter Meetings
- Hang Out With Your Buddy Twice a Month!
- Contact Buddy Weekly by Phone, Email, or Letter
- Attend Group Activities
- Submit Monthly 'Friendship Update'

Unsure if you can make the commitment?
Consider being an associate member! You still come to all the group activities and chapter meetings, but aren't matched with a buddy. This way you don't have to try to fit in the weekly contact and twice monthly get togethers. You can always apply to have a buddy next year if you decide you really like it!
