All the matches were played on the newly laid cricket pitch, the location is shown in the
Map.

The finals was between President XI and The Rebels and The Rebels won the finals of the Fall Cricket Tournament.

Announcements

The tournament starts on October 1, 2005 (Saturday) and will be played on weekends. The deadline for team submission is 28th September

Each match will comprise of 12 overs per side and will take approximately 2 hour. Final schedule and tornament format will be decided based upon the teams entries.

The general structure of the tournament is as follows: 

10 players per team

12 overs per side ( semis & final could be of 15 overs)

3 overs maximum for bowlers, hence a minimum of 4 bowlers

Location: Cricket pitch at Towers Intramural Field (See Cricket Club website for location and directions).

Fee: $5 for non members
Free for members

If you want to get bat, balls and wicket for practice, kindly call to Vishwas Jaju 515-296-4764(R), leave a message or email at jaju@iastate.edu, if possible well in advance.

The team captain is requested to submit the team roster along with details of the player (member/ non member) and also the entry fee for the whole team.

Captain should tell well in advance about any preferences regarding the match time with genuine reasons and we will try to accommodate the same while deciding fixtures.

Those who could not find any team please send their the names to cricketclub. Check the schedule and final rules on friday.
