Minutes of meeting on Thursday (10/19/06)

1. We met with Hassan Javed from Pakistan Student Association (PSA), and discussed the possibility of jointly organizing a double wicket cricket tournament. We agreed to this proposal. Hassan will be the even coordinator and club members do not need to pay any participation fees. Club will provide with bats, stumps etc, but balls and taped will be arranged by PSA. 

2. We need to nominate an event coordinator for Spring 2007 tape-ball tournament. TO be discussed further in next meeting. Meetings take place every alternate Thursdays in Design Atrium at 6PM.
