Pirate & His Treasure

pirateCaptain Hook and Captain Jack Sparrow (and maybe Captain Morgan) may have worn some pretty sweet threads on the big screen, but this Halloween, you and your honey can steal their look and make it all your own!

For Pirate:
- permanent marker
- black paper
- a couple feet of string or a black shoelace
- hoop earring
- red bandana
- red and white striped shirt (a plain white or
black one will work fine, too)
- facial hair (optional)

For Treasure:
- a gold shirt
- pearl necklaces
- gold necklaces
- chocolate gold coins
- gold makeup, gold or silver
- body glitter

1. Wear a plain white or black shirt. A red and white striped shirt will work too. Couple it with jeans, especially your hole-iest ones.
2. Buy a cheap eye patch at a costume store, or make your own out of black paper and string. Cut the paper in the shape of a triangle with rounded edges, making sure that it is big enough to cover your eye. Poke a hole near one corner and in the corner directly across from it. Pull the string until it threads through both holes Measure the rest of the string to fit around your head and tie in place.
3. Spice up your outfit, with a large, fake hoop earring in your ear. Find cheap ones at discount stores, or
borrow one from a girlfriend.
4. Tie a red bandana around your head and use a permanent marker to draw a fake tattoo on your bicep. A skull and crossbones is a good start.

wormsIcky Ice Cubes

Add a festive and creepy touch to any drink!

What you will need:
- ice cube tray
- small gummy worms
- green food coloring

1. Place the gummy worms in the ice cube tray and arrange them so there is one worm per cube.
2. Fill a large glass with water and add a few drops of green food coloring until it is the creepy green hue you desire.
3. Carefully pour the green water into the tray until it is full.
4. Put the tray into the freezer until the ice cubes are frozen.
5. For an extra special touch, sip your drink through a piece of black licorice. Just make sure you bite off the ends first!
