For only $19/year, students can also join the AFS parent society as a Student Member. You will automatically become part of the North Central Division, receive free or discounted rates for Section memberships, and obtain full access to AFS journals and publications. Keep in mind that numerous Sections do not even charge students for membership! For $10/year, you can join the Iowa Chapter of AFS. You will be able to attend the state meeting in the spring and become involved at the state level. Please note that at the 2010 Iowa Chapter meeting, we will be voting on whether or not to give ISU students a discount for Iowa Chapter membership.
