Exploring Oceans
in a Land Without Shores

Since 2001, the Iowa State University Marine Biology Club
has evolved from a mere interest group into a blossoming club
which is active both on and off campus here at ISU.

We are a group of people from ALL majors  and backgrounds,
each of us with the common love and curiosity for the ocean.

Our activities have included:
Displays for ISU's ClubFest and VEISHEA
Teaching Ames elementary students at their science nights
Awesome meeting speakers
Maintenance of a 75-gallon marine tank in Bessey Hall
Annual trips to
aquariums for behind-the-scenes looks at the world of aquarium life
