Welcome back everyone!

*New Officers* (we lost Amy and Brandon!)
Secretary: Rebecca Burch
Gear Manager: Jason Walleser (for now, if someone wants the position, let us
know)
SCC Rep: Still need one, Adam's got it covered for this week

   - Meetings are biweekly, starting January 15, in 171 Durham
   - If you can fill this position, PLEASE let Adam know


*Cross Country Skiing this weekend!*

   - Saturday, 19 January 2008
   - Meet at 1:00 PM at State Gym
   - Remember to check out gear (cross country skis, snowshoes, etc) on
   FRIDAY
   - Jason will check snow conditions at McFarland and make sure there is
   enough to ski on

*Other Important Dates*
Budgets are due February 8
NO MEETING NEXT WEEK due to MLK day!
Saturday, January 26 Beacon Hunting, arranged by Bob

*ClubFest II*

   - January 22 from 6-9 PM at the MU
   - We're already signed up but we need to print flyers and plan our
   display

*Other Important Stuff*

   - We NEED NEED NEED more trip leaders.  You don't have to be a
   super-experienced 5.13d climber to be a leader.  You lead at your
   level.  We just need people who are willing to head up trips, know their
   stuff, and lead some climbs...
   - T-Shirt input, either color ideas or a completely new idea of your
   own
   - Climbing time at the Rec is usually Sunday nights at 8pm, but that
   doesn't seem to be working out for everyone.  A change to Saturday was
   discussed, but nothing official yet.  If you are planning on using the club
   climbing time, please come to the next meeting so we can figure out what
   works for everyone.
