Date: Mon, 3 Oct 2005 22:41:58 -0500 (CDT) Hey everyone! -Well its another Monday and that means we had another meeting! If you didn't make it today you were sorely missed. We had our outdoor cooking seminar headed by our own Ryan McNair. He did a great job for doing a one man show. He only managed to scald himself with boiling water once! He managed to make some great food. He showed us how easy it is to make deydrated foods, where to find small packets of condiments for cooking, and some great recipes! He showed us how easy it was to cook up a great macaroni, tuna, and corn concoction. We also got some soups and desert. He did a great job and the food rocked! -Our next climbing trip is going to be Oct 14-16 at Blue Mounds if you have any questions or want to sign up send Ryan McNair an E-mail. I am in a good enough mood atm so if you want to you can just E-mail me if you are feeling lazy and I can see what I can do. :P -Next week we are having an Orienteering seminar done by Ryan. More details will be sent out in the near future. -2 weeks out there is a very good chance there there will be a first aid seminar keep your eyes peeled for information about this (Ryan probably wishes this was last week for his burns!) -T-shirt design contest is a go. We are going to be sending out the logos very soon. You can use these any way that you want to for the T-shirt. Nov. 14 will be the deadline and we will vote on our favorite design that day. The prize is going to be a $15 doller gift certificate for Jax. Good luck and hope to see some great designs soon! -Last we are going to be having a bake sale sometime in the near future.
