Hey Everyone!
    Well I will have to explain the title for some of you who rarely read.  I
got the title for the minutes by just blankly looking at a book that Brandon
Roth was reading before the meeting today.  The book was Mountaineering,
Freedom of the Hills.  It is a great book, and I own a copy myself.  After I
saw a picture of Mary getting licked by some guy on her screensaver.  I
muttered absentmindedly, freedom of the pills.  I then caught on and came up
with an alternate title for a book which should be, Marriage, Freedom of the
Pill! Tadaah!  So today's quote and minutes of the day actually came from me!
Well last week's did too, but whatever.  Thanks again for the inspiration Mary.
    Well onto the light business.  Chad Ward did a seminar about NOLS.  With
him being a NOLS leader, he was a natural choice.  He talked about the trips,
handed out some NOLS magazines, and explained how the program works.  It was
pretty cool to see the video and learn some more about it.
    Also, to all of you who WEREN'T at the meeting we have some other pressing
announcements.

-there is going to be a BBQ next week 4/12/06 at Brookside Park with weather
permitting.  Expect to hear more soon.

-There is going to be a UNI comp. this weekend.  All that I know is that it is
going to be this weekend.  So, if you want any info please head over to the
climbing wall and read their poster!  The exercise wont kill you :P.

-There are going to be elections in two weeks.  4/17/06, is the precise date.
This is to get all of you have maybe been interested but havn't yet gotten
into exec to maybe try!  Many of the Exec are going to be leaving or not
running so if interested for next year you have a great shot at making your
way in!  Also "cough" secretary is going to be highly contested because I am
getting out of dodge and graduating.  You can follow in my two years worth of
footsteps and try to make better minutest than my sucky attempts.  Oh yeah,
there are few other positions that are going to be open (all of them are),
none barely worth listing here.

-Gear Persona
-Social Persona
           -oh yeah, you manage to see I put secretary down there too?

-Lastly, anyone who is interested in being a trip leader... PLEASE talk to an
exec.  We are looking for some quality members to step up and become leaders.
