Hello everyone!

We have two very important events coming up in our next seminar.  First of
all we will be having elections for next year's exec.  All positions will be
open, if you have any questions about a specific spot feel free to email us
at mcc-exec@iastate.edu and the person in the respective position will get
back to you.  If you are interested in a position and will be unable to
attend the meeting, send us an email with what position you would like to
run for as well as some basic information such as why you want that spot,
what you want to see happen with the club next year, and any information you
deem pertinent.  Don't be afraid to splurge. :)

As an exec member, you will have to attend all exec meetings.  They're
pretty short and sweet, we meet a half hour before the general meetings.  As
a member of the exec, you are expected to attend all exec meetings and to
stay throughout the general meetings.  This year each of us has been writing
down notes to pass on to whoever holds the position next.  Things like
seminar ideas, who to contact, arranging fundraisers, etc.  Some of the exec
will be rerunning for positions so there will be experienced members on the
exec next year to help keep things running smoothly.

The second important event is our end of the year RAFFLE!!!  All club
members are automatically entered into our raffle by attending next weeks
seminar.  We will have a variety of prizes to be handed out, so come check
it out!

It's in your favor to show up to the meeting, not only for the prizes but
also as a club member you get to vote and directly influence who will be on
the exec and running our beloved club next year. :)

So in short...show up, vote, win prizes.
