Subject: Exciting climbing fun!

Yes folks that is right this weekend the climbing club is taking it's first
official trip to Mississippi Palisades for some toproping and trad instruction
for those who feel up to it.  The details later but first some important info
about the club for this year.

Club dues are the same as always 25 for a semester and 45 for a year.  Club
climbing time at Lied is Sunday nights from 7-9 pm and the bawbequa (barbeque)
will be every wednesday, including the upcoming one, at Brookside park from
6-7ish, from there we will be heading to Walnut to do some climbing until 9.
P.S. It's bring your own meat and drinks.

If you aren't currently a member then join!  You get loads of neat stuff like
discounts at Jax and Walnut plus the ability to borrow gear, not to mention all
the people you'll meet.  It's a pretty sweet deal and if you aren't so sure
about it come this weekend on our trip to the Palisades.  It's in Central
Illinois and will be sometime friday evening and returning sometime sunday.
There is talk of taking personal vehicles or renting a van depending on the
number interested.

As of now there are three trips planned for the beginning of this year
including this weekend, 9/2 to Devil's Lake, and 9/23 for somewhere unknown.

Last thing and most important is the new officers.
