Varieties

Varieties is a student-written and student-produced skit contest predominately entered by the Greek communities at ISU.  Barker House, however, is the only residence hall to participate in the event each year.  

Our work for Varieties starts in the fall when our script and songs are written, and cast rehearsals and set production start shortly thereafter.  Then, in the weeks leading up to VEISHEA, our production goes through a series of "cuts", with the hopes that we make it to the finals and are able to perform VEISHEA week and run away with the awards ceremony as well.
