Welcome! SCAVMA Scamper is an annual Run / Walk open to everyone. One of the unique features of our race is that we encourage runners to
bring and race with their dogs. The proceeds go to the ISU Veterinary College's Student Chapter of the American Veterinary
Medical Association (SCAVMA) to support student involvement and raise community awareness about the OneHealth mission which ties together
human and animal medicine. The OneHealth mission has recently focused on obesity awareness and prevention in both companion
animals and their owners. A healthy diet and regular exercise have incredible benefits for pets and owners alike! |
