WHAT YOU CAN DO
Interested in publicity, running events, brainstorming ways to work for peace? Want to help a little, or a lot? Let us know: tfp@iastate.edu.

HISTORY

Following the the horrific attack on New York, Washington D.C., and Pennsylvania in 2001, two Iowa State University sophomores began a discussion on the possible U.S. response to the these events.

The organization was formed by a subsquent conversation among ten concerned students on campus. We have now grown to an email list of more than 300 members.

We have organized teach-ins, vigils, demonstrations and respectful acts of non-violent civil disobedience.
A few photos from last year's March 20th peace rally can be found here.
