Where to find Thai Groceries?

In good old Ames Jung's Oriental Store (next to the West HyVee), Ames Asian Market (one block north of Cub Foods), and UNI Mart (across the street from the Family VDO) are only three sources for Thai groceries for our Thai people (Mar 05). Somehow in Asian aisle in HyVee, you can find few Thai groceries there too such as fish sauce aka smelly bad but taste darn good.

If you can drive a little bit furthur or live closed to Des Moines, you might wanna go to Thai Grocery at 1220 2nd Ave. Many of goods are cheaper than those in Ames (don't forget to think that you have to pay the gas and drive there)

Finally, if you're still messing around in your kitchen or feeding up with your Thai cooking style. There are two Thai restaurants in town, The Spice in Downtown and Thai Kitchen in Campus Town.
