Youth Services
The Ames-ISU Student YMCA is an organization that serves the Iowa State student population.
Our mission is to facilitate programs and opportunities that will provide leadership development for Iowa State students
as well as community involvement.
The programs involve a wide variety of time commitments. They can range from one event to monthly outings and beyond.
The volunteer opportunities listed are opportunities that are organized and run by the student YMCA or by Ames community organizations and complemented by ISU volunteers.
92 ISU students put 795 volunteer hours into the CONNECT program alone last year.
