Description of Regular Meetings/Activities

Meetings with professional companies, such as KPMG, John Deere, HNI, Becker, and many more. These companies discuss tips on recruiting, resume-building, how to land a job/internship, and what a typical day on the job looks like for these companies. We also host community service projects, such as Project Linus and craft-building for children who have been hospitalized due to chronic illness.

Description of Special Events

Special events include tours of local companies, such as Workiva and ISU's Athletic center. We also host an event called "Platinum Sponsor" in which we have BAP members and our top-sponsored companies spend a fun evening bowling and mingling at Perfect Games. Our biggest event of the year is our pre-career fair event Meet the Firms, where companies come to ISU's campus to recruit for their open internship and full-time positions. At the end of every semester we host an end-of-the-semester banquet where we recognize our highly-participating members, graduating members, and initiated members.
