Description
The Red Cross Club at ISU is dedicated to serving the community through volunteerism, education, and emergency preparedness. Members participate in key initiatives such as Disaster Action Team (DAT) response, Project Pedro, and youth-based volunteering. Through leadership and service, students gain hands-on experience in humanitarian work, helping to strengthen community resilience and inspire the next generation of volunteers. The Red Cross Club provides meaningful opportunities to contribute to public health, safety, and well-being while developing valuable skills in teamwork, leadership, and community outreach.

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
| The Red Cross Club at ISU meets about every other week to plan and participate in meaningful service opportunities. Members get involved in Disaster Action Team (DAT) activities, community outreach projects, and occasional fundraising events that support Red Cross missions. Meetings focus on organizing volunteer efforts, developing leadership skills, and learning more about emergency preparedness and humanitarian service. Each gathering offers a chance for students to connect, collaborate, and make a positive impact both on campus and in the community. |
