Who Can Join?

All Iowa State students are welcome! No prior experience required. Just bring comfortable athletic wear, a good attitude, and a willingness to have fun.

Practice Timings

Come play with us during our weekly sessions:

•     Fridays: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
•     Sundays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

You don’t have to stay the entire time - drop in whenever you can! Feel free to hop in anytime.
