A competitive ultimate frisbee team that travels to tournaments around the country. We welcome all players of any skill level. We will teach you offensive and defensive strategies as well as skills that will allow you to compete at a high level.

September 9, 2025Rookie Camp
This is Rookie Camp, and all Iowa State students are welcome! Rookie Camp will be the following two weeks on Tuesday & Thursday (Sept 9, 11, 16, & 18) at MWL fields from 5:30 to 7:30pm. No experience is required for rookie camp. Feel free to come down and learn about what our club is and how to play ultimate frisbee. Please bring a white shirt, a dark shirt, and a water bottle. Cleats are optional. Hope to see you there!
