The ISU Mountaineering Club offers a full range of outings, from introductory rock climbing to technical alpine mountaineering. We take day and weekend trips to local climbing areas in the Midwest, and two or three extended trips to premier climbing and mountaineering areas per year. Our extended trips are usually during fall and spring breaks, and sometimes one during winter break or summer.

All trips are organized and lead by student leaders that have met our leadership requirements.
