The annual Cyclone Stampede Rodeo is a rodeo club tradition 60 years in the making. The Cyclone Stampede is the last student-run rodeo in the nation with over 200 competitors coming to Ames each year. Sanctioned by the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association, college athletes from all around the Great Plains Region come to compete. Each year's event is held at the Hansen Agriculture Student Learning Center.

If you are interested in becoming involved or sponsoring the event, please reach out to Rodeo Club President Sophie Adams at seadams1@iastate.edu.
