Description
Our objectives are to organize activities that benefit member graduate students, to represent the interest of G4 members in all matters during their stay at Iowa State University (ISU), foster an environment of friendship, camaraderie, and cooperation among G4 members and between G4 members and faculty, staff, and other organizations at ISU, and help new genetics associated students adjust to life at ISU.

| Meetings once a month to cover topics of interest to members. |
Description of Special Events
| Monthly our organizations hosts lunches, journal club, and book club. Once per semester we have a picnic and around Christmas time we have a holiday party. |
