Description
The governing body for Oak-Elm Hall. Representatives from each house, as well as executive board members, help make decisions about events and programming in hall, as well as contribute to larger Inter-Residence Hall Association. Partner with hall staff and have monthly leadership team meetings.

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
Regular meetings consist of bills coming through from the Inter-Residence Hall Association to see whether or not Oak-Elm is in favor along with bills within Oak Elm with events/Houses asking for funding from the hall council fund. |

Special Events would be the events the Hall Council funds or puts on itself. |
