NAMI on Campus (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is an organization dedicated to addressing mental health issues on Iowa State's campus by providing resources for students, educating the campus community, and raising mental health awareness.
*Please note, this organization will not function as a support group. We will, however, provide mental health resources along with educational opportunities.
Constitution / Tier
||Membership is open to any student at Iowa State University.
||Members must attend general meetings and at least one event per semester.

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
|On the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7 pm, we will have a general meeting for all members of NAMI on Campus where we will discuss upcoming events and other items of business.
Activities throughout the semester include movies, speakers, and other events related to mental health awareness.
Each month we will also have a different movie or activity which will highlight a mental health issue or topic. Speakers and activities will provide members with insight on a variety of mental health disorders.
Description of Special Events
|NAMI Walks is an event held in Des Moines every year in October. NAMI on Campus will be organizing a team to attend this event.
