Description

The purposes of this organization shall be to encourage cooperation and help fulness among students in agronomy; to provide an opportunity for a broader acquaintance with agronomists; to correlate activities in the Agronomy Club with those in related clubs and fields; to stimulate interest in agronomic work among college students; to provide an opportunity for students of agronomy to interact professionally and socially with faculty, industry, and each other outside the classroom; to encourage involvement within the community to educate others about agronomy and promote agronomic-related fields; to abide by and support all established Iowa State University policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws.

Elections/Selection The Iowa State Agronomy Club has elections for all offices each December. Each office's term is one year. Special elections are held as needed.
Meetings The Iowa State Agronomy Club holds biweekly meetings on Thursday evenings. The dates for this semester are: January 21st & 28th, February 11th and 25th, March 10th and 24th, April 7th and 21st. They are held in Agron 2050 with social time at 6:30pm and a business meeting at 7pm.
