Schilletter & University Village Community Council (SUV Community Co)
The Schilletter & University Village Community Council serves to improve the SUV community by advocating for community requests and improvements, offering beneficial programs and events, and providing residents with resources and information. The council serves to listen to the needs and wants of SUV residents. Council participants work with SUV Staff and additional university staff to create and maintain a well-functioning and enjoyable living environment. All SUV residents are welcome to join SUV Community Council meetings. Residents of family housing are welcome to bring family members.

||Officers must be a resident of SUV. They must have a 2.0 GPA, be in good standing with the university, and be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours (exceptions will be made for graduate students and graduating seniors).

||The SUV Community Council meets every Tuesday night from 7pm-8pm in the Great Room at the SUV Community Center. The SUV Community Council does not meet during university breaks or on university holidays.
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
|During SUV Community Council meetings, council members review previous meeting topics, provide individual updates, discuss community requests and improvements, and hear any questions or concerns from residents. Special initiatives and events are planned as needed during meetings.
Description of Special Events
|The SUV Community Council works towards improving the SUV community on an as needed basis. One example of a special initiative that the SUV Community Council has implemented is obtaining pet waste stations near pet friendly apartments.
