Hapkido Advanced Practice

Hello, everyone!
I'm excited to officially announce that I will be teaching an Advanced Hapkido class immediately following Beginners' Class on both Tuesdays and Thursdays until the end of the semester at least.
These classes will be only for Orange belt and above. If you are Yellow or White belt, you may stick around and pick up what you can, however I would ask that visitors sit to the side of the mat and not interrupt the class. This is both to encourage lower ranks to move forward and to give the upper rank time to focus on themselves instead of teaching.
If you cannot make Beginner's practice, you can still join us for Advanced. This is subject to change if it becomes apparent that skipping Beginner's class is the norm, as it is important for the upper ranks to give back and help the lower ranks.
I'm hoping to make this class well-rounded and more focused on some of the smaller things that make Hapkido whole, while also pushing ourselves are martial artists. There will be days where it's nice and slow, but there will be days where we sweat! So be prepared, take care of yourselves and drink plenty of water through the day!
I can't wait to get started!
Thank you, sirs and ma'ams.
Mr. Kiess
