It is our mission to provide an environment for Iowa State students and the surrounding community the opportunity to learn ballroom dancing through lessons, competition and performance teams, as well as social activities.

||Must have held an appointed position for 1 semester before being eligible for elected position
||Elections are held in the Spring Semester for Year-Long Appointments
||Executive Meetings are every other week or as agreed upon by exec board.
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
|We hold free lessons for students and Ames community members every Wednesday from 7-8pm in Forker 184. We also host lessons on Monday from 7-9pm for members who want to have more technique from our professional coach, Anne Bates. The lessons on Wednesdays are free, however the lessons on Mondays are $50/semester. The link to our semester schedule is below. Message us on Facebook or e-mail us if you have any questions!
Description of Special Events
|The team hosts special dances throughout the semester. In the past we have held dances such as Gatsby Gala, Winter Wonderland, Happily Ever After, and a Halloween dance.
The competition team also regularly attends competitions at other universities in the Mid West throughout the school year. Some schools we visit include: UIUC, University of Wisconsin, Valparaiso, Purdue, and Notre Dame.
