Description of Regular Meetings/Activities

We meet in the wrestling/boxing room in old state gym typically 9 to midnight Monday through Thursday with no practice on Fri, Sat, and Sun. When our members arrive, we begin warming up for training (dynamic stretching, maybe some light sparring/wrestling, etc). Then there will be a short period of technique instruction and practice. Following that, the members are allowed to free-spar, meaning that they have free reign over what type and how hard the sparring is. Then we cool down, stretch, clean up, and leave.
