ISU NAMA's student chapter provides an opportunity for students to explore agri-marketing opportunities while developing and utilizing professional networks, exploring career opportunities, and enhancing marketing related skills. All registered ISU students are invited to participate in the club activities and events. ISU NAMA student chapter meetingss includes hosting professional speakers, career preparation activities, philanthropic activities, and attending Iowa NAMA meetings.

Elections/Selection Every November/December. The last meeting of the fall semester.
Meetings The second Tuesday of every month at 5:30 p.m. in Curtiss Hall.

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities

Monthly meetings with a professional speaker and dinner. Fundraising and socials throughout the year to gain fellowship. Club is in connection with the NAMA Marketing team which creates a marketing plan and presents the plan at Nationals yearly.

Description of Special Events

Paint the Barn- We order barn shape cut outs and send them to companies for 75.00 and they return them decorated for a silent auction at the Pork Congress in Des Moines. All proceeds go in support of our National Trip. NAMA Christmas Party- Exchange gifts and celebrate the holidays NAMA Tailgate- Tailgate at Jack Trice or Restaurant supporting the Cyclones Visit the Haunted Forest Black Jack Night- Become a dealer at a Black Jack Night in Huxley. Helps Raise money for the club, while creating a fun social event.
