TAAP (Transfer Admissions Ambassador Program) is volunteer group that works with the Transfer Admissions Office. The group is made up of transfer students at Iowa State University and works to present a positive, realistic student view of the transfer process to prospective students and parents. The group's members represent the diverse experiences and qualities of transfer students that attend Iowa State University.

Membership Qualifications Students of all identities are encouraged to apply. Membership is open to all registered students at Iowa State University who are in good standing, have transferred from a higher education institution to Iowa State University, and have maintained a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA. Membership is determined through an interview process with the Adviser, Graduate Adviser, and Executive Board making final membership decisions.
Membership Restrictions Transfer Students
Elections/Selection TAAP executive position elections are held every April.
Meetings Meetings are held bi-weekly during the academic school year (August-May)

Regular all TAAP member meetings and executive meetings are scheduled (bi-weekly)

Description of Special Events

Transfer Student Visit Days occur on various Tuesday's throughout the semester.
