The Iowa State Triathlon Club exists to bring together students, staff, and Ames community members who have a passion for swimming, biking, and running. We welcome first-time triathletes to those who compete at regional, national, and world championship races. We represent Iowa State University as a member of the Midwest Collegiate Triathlon Conference (MWCTC). We race throughout the Midwest and attend the USA Triathlon Collegiate National Championship each spring. Check out our Practice Schedule to see where we meet each day. Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned veteran, we hope you’ll join us!

Description of Special Events
|We host an outdoor triathlon (CyMan) and an indoor triathlon (InCYdeman). These events help fundraise for our club and help us pay for going to Collegiate Nationals.
Collegiate Nationals is held once a year in April, and we do take members to this event.
We also have summer and winter conference races which our members participate in. These races help with members qualifying for Collegiate Nationals.
