Description
The Zoo, Exotics, and Wildlife (ZEW) Club is dedicated to providing students with an opportunity to learn about the care of zoo animals, exotic pets, and wildlife. It also serves as a way for students to meet others with similar interests and to learn about exciting opportunities in each of these exciting fields.

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
Regular meetings are held typically once to twice monthly depending on the agenda. Our activities for the semesters varies and include: Blank Park Zoo behind the scenes tour, Beekeeping wetlab, poultry necropsy, snake husbandry and handling, raptor orthopedics, finfish medicine, zoo animal pathology, and MANY other lecture topics. |
