Description of Regular Meetings/Activities

Our first meeting of the Fall 2020 semester will be September 13th from 4:30-6:30 at a location to be determined in central campus. We work to further educate future math teachers. We have various speakers and activities to help students be as prepared as possible for their future classroom.

Description of Special Events

We have the opportunity to attend NCTM conferences and pre-conferences across the country. There we have the opportunity to listen to speakers that are invested in improving math education. We also are interested in doing outreach in our Ames Community Schools and community to get youth excited and engaged in math education.
