Description
The Brewers’ Guild at Iowa State University brings together students interested in the science, history, and culture of beer and fermentation. The organization provides an educational space to explore the chemistry and microbiology behind brewing, as well as its historical and cultural significance. Through structured learning and discussion, members gain a deeper understanding of the brewing process while engaging with peers who share an interest in fermentation science and craft beverages. In accordance with University policy, alcohol will not be produced or distributed at any club-sanctioned events.
