Academic - Intercollegiate Academic - Pre-Professional

Description

The Pre-Health Conference student group organizes a pre-health professional conference every year. The conference allows pre-health students to network with graduate schools, healthcare professionals, and graduate students. Fields of medicine that have attended in the past include MD/DO, dentistry, optometry, pharmacy, physician assistant, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and podiatry. Additionally, workshops that focus on health-related topics and professional development are offered. This conference helps create a more unified pre-health event for pre-health students at Iowa State University.
