Students for Life at Iowa State is focused on equipping pro-life students with knowledge on various life issues and preparing them to defend life on campus and in their everyday lives. At our bi-weekly meetings (dates listed below) we focus on learning about a specifics facet of a life issue, like abortion, assisted suicide, or IVF, and hear from both student officers and guest speakers.

We regularly participate in volunteering to support local mothers and babies, like Obria Medical Clinic and Martha's House of Hope, in order to make a direct impact in the Ames area. We also publicly advocate for life, either by going to Washington DC for the March for Life, starting conversations with people on campus, or praying on Lincoln Way. Our hope is that through our club we may advocate for life in our community and beyond by equipping people with the proper tools and taking action.

Meeting Dates for Spring 2026: 1/27, 2/10, 2/24, 3/10, 3/31, 4/14, 4/28 (Every other Tuesday) from 8:15-9:15pm in Carver 0268
