ISUSC provides a structured environment for any students desiring to practice swimming as a team. We reach our goal of physical and mental fitness by training in and out of the pool multiple times a week. We work on all types of strokes at a variety of distances. Most importantly we have fun doing it!

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
|The Swim Club meets every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30-9 P.M. and Sundays from 4-5 P.M in Beyer Hall. During our meeting times, a club member, usually an officer, brings a workout. Our swimmers are either intermediate or advanced swimmers, so workouts can be challenging on occasion. On Sundays we typically use part of our pool time to work on starts and relay exchanges since the starting blocks are available. Sunday practices are followed by a team dinner because we like food.
Description of Special Events
|The Swim Club competes in multiple meets per year and officers will host a couple social events with free pizza and pop.
