Description

The purpose of the club is to facilitate meetings and activities that relate to wellness and health, as well as getting a better idea of what Kinesiology majors can accomplish. Through bringing in various speakers in the field and volunteer activities, students can better their futures and themselves. It is also a great way to network, meet friends, and gain leadership.

Membership Qualifications Must attend 2/3 of the meetings every semester to be considered a member.
Membership Restrictions No restrictions
Elections/Selection Elections for President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Philanthropy Chair occur in the Spring. Elections for Social Media Chair, Graphic Design Chair, CHS representative, and Secretary occur in the Fall.
Meetings Meeting times and place will be sent out a week before via email.

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities

The Kinesiology Club is a great way to meet other students in the major. Throughout the year Kinesiology Club brings in representatives from Kinesiology. These can include ISU research professors, Trainers, AI supplements, CNAs, ENTs, Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, PAs, Kosama and Farrells, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Scientists, Group Fitness Instructors, ISU recreation services, etc. To find out what is happening in the Kinesiology Club follow our Instagram page @isukinclub !!
