Film Enthusiasts is a student organization created to provide a community for film lovers interested in analyzing and discussing film. Our meetings consist of weekly screenings and open discussions about the movie shown each week.

| Elections/Selection |
Elections will be held at the end of the school year in May. Members interested in running for an officer position will complete a nomination form and submit the form to the current President at least one week prior to the general membership vote. Voting will occur by secret ballot on an anonymous virtual form. Candidates will be elected by a majority vote of members. Each term for the officer position will be one year, beginning in August and ending in May. |
| Meetings |
Meetings will be held once a week on Thursdays. The meetings will follow a periodic cycle, with the first three meetings being for screenings of a film, while the fourth meeting will be focused on the analysis of the three films from the prior weeks. |
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
| Our meetings will be held weekly on Thursday nights, consisting of movie screenings that relate to a common theme chosen by the club officers. After three weeks (screenings), the fourth meeting will consist of an analytical discussion about the various filmmaking techniques and strategies used. After the discussion meeting, the cycle will continue with three screenings followed by a discussion. |
