Purpose:
To confer recognition upon industrial engineering students who have shown exceptional academic interests and abilities in their field. To encourage, wherever possible, any movement which will advance the best interest of industrial engineering education.
What is Alpha Pi Mu?
Alpha Pi Mu is an invite-only industrial engineering honors society that recognizes top junior and senior industrial engineering students for their academic achievements, increases professional development among members, and promotes networking among faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students through social, professional, and service opportunities. Each semester, members have the opportunity to:
- Attend professional and social events
- Participate in initiation week
- Join the Alpha Pi Mu cabinet
- Be a part of a strike force community outreach project
