The purpose of the Robotics Club at Iowa State University is to provide students the extracurricular opportunity to learn about, build, and compete with robotics, in robotics competitions, groups, and independently.

Membership Qualifications An interest in robotics and/or automation and a desire to learn new skills.
Membership Restrictions None
Elections/Selection All positions will be up for election at the end of every spring semester. Officers hold their positions for one school year. An individual may be elected multiple years in a row if they receive a majority vote.
Meetings General meetings will be held one a month where updates and project overviews will be discussed. Meeting time: will be announced through email. Please, send an email to to be directed to the mailing list.

Description of Regular Meetings/Activities

We'll hold special workshops throughout the semester to teach members about computer vision, 3D printing, deep learning, Arduinos, and more! We'll plan and brainstorm for the three big projects we're working on this year: an autonomous snowplow, an exoskeleton, and Battlebot (pending approval).
