Autonomous Snowplow

Challenged to build, design, and operate a fully autonomous snowplow to remove snow from a designated path. Using ROS, LiDAR, IMU, GPS, python, and sensors to control the motor outputs.

Combat Robots

Combat robots fight to the death. The last bot left standing wins! 1lb robots are fought by individuals, and 30lb robots are controlled as a team. They are scored on their bot's aggression, defensive abilities, and overall design. Uses Fusions 360 to develop designs and 3S print results.

Lower-Body Exo-Skeleton

Focuses on developing a lower-body suit that provides external support to first responders during a crisis. We build an exoskeleton, which connects to the user's back and legs, allowing them to enhance their strength and extend the time before physical exhaustion. In competition, the team will be scored on design, an obstacle course, and efficiency. Uses mechanical design, sensors, controls, and human-centered design.
