Pre-Vet Club (PVC) at ISU is designed to serve as a forum where students interested in the field of veterinary medicine and supported fields gather to learn. PVC holds monthly meetings and frequent activities centered on specific projects, subjects, or speakers of interest. PVC is also a great group to gain leadership experience, there are many exec positions and constant opportunities to take on a project and be involved.

Constitution / Tier
||Minimum GPA: 2.00 for term before office is taken (2.5 for President. Vice-President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Ag and Life Sciences Student Council Representative, at least 6 credit hours taken during each semester of term. See Sections 1 of our constitution for more details.
||Nominations and elections will take place throughout the latter half of the spring semester (Ag and Life Sciences Student Council Representative will be every other year at the end of the Fall semester. Some Committee Chairs are 2-year positions). See sections 1 and 3 of our constitution for more details.
||Main meetings take place once a month. This semester's meetings will occur on September 19th, October 17th, November 14th, and December 4th at 6:30pm. The rooms are listed in our newsletter. Executive Team meetings take place monthly on Tuesday the week of the main meetings at 5:15pm in Kildee 108.
Description of Regular Meetings/Activities
|We hold monthly meetings, and our interest groups regularly host speakers and trips of relevance.
Description of Special Events
|There will be various social events and fundraisers hosted throughout the year. Symposiums will be hosted at least every other year.
